Alcatrazes/São Sebastião Fieldwork Data
This dataset contains radiometric, limnologic data from São Sebastião and Alcatrazes field campaigns carried out between 2012 and 2025 in São Paulo State coastal region. These data were acquired in the context of the "Variações verticais das propriedades ópticas nas águas costeiras do Estado de São Paulo e sua influência no sinal hiperespectral de sensoriamento remoto" project (FAPESP-Grant 21/13367-6). The campaigns were composed by two different field sites: São Sebastião Channel and Alcatrazes archipelago.
The shapefile contains the unique ID's (estacoes), that related it to each other .XLSX file (collumn 'estacoes'). Then, the user can use their own filter methods to match each file.
The data available are for the following instruments:
ACS: Atenuation and absorption coefficients, binned for each 1m and interpolated 1 to 1 nm
HyperPro II: betas (backscattering); temperature, salinity, Ed, Es, Lu; binned and interpolated (1 to 1 nm - Ed, Es, Lu).
Hydroscat: betas, backscattering coefficient and fluorescence. Binned (1m)
TriOS-RAMSES: Remote sensing reflectance, interpolated (1 to 1nm).
