The campaigns were composed by two different field sites: São Sebastião Channel and Alcatrazes archipelago. The shapefile contains the unique ID's (estacoes), that related it to each other .XLSX file (collumn 'estacoes'). Then, the user can use their own filter methods to match each file. The data available are for the following instruments: ACS: Atenuation and absorption coefficients, binned for each 1m and interpolated 1 to 1 nm HyperPro II: betas (backscattering); temperature, salinity, Ed, Es, Lu; binned and interpolated (1 to 1 nm - Ed, Es, Lu). Hydroscat: betas, backscattering coefficient and fluorescence. Binned (1m) TriOS-RAMSES: Remote sensing reflectance, interpolated (1 to 1nm).
