National Institute for Space Research (INPE) holds Geoinformatics and Data Science Summer School
National Institute for Space Research (INPE), through the Postgraduate Program in Applied computing (PG-CAP) in partnership with General Coordination of Earth Observation (CGOBT), held for the first time Summer School in Geoinformatics and Data Science. The course took place from January 27-31, 2020, to undergraduate students, aiming to disseminate the knowledge and increase students’ interests for these topics.
The course also included the participation of researchers responsible for the Brazil Data Cube project, Gilberto Queiroz, Karine Ferreira and Lubia Vinhas, as instructors.
